Delivery Policy

All orders with Yakuza Clothing are subject to a delivery charge.

If an order cannot be fulfilled in one package, for example, if some stock is not available at the time of ordering, then Yakuza Clothing will contact you immediately to rectify the problem.

In the event of an order being sent in more than one despatch, there will be no additional delivery charge for the customer.

Order tracking
All orders can be tracked using the tracking number that is included in your despatch notification email, or via your online account.

Next day delivery!
All orders received before 4pm will usually be packaged and posted the same day, and will reach you following day.Unless an order is placed on a weekend then you will receive your order on the Tuesday. Yakuza Clothing will always strive to deliver UK based orders within 24 hours of receipt of order.

Free delivery for UK orders*
Offer applies if you make an order totalling over £100, or you have completed 5 orders in total (free UK delivery will apply on all subsequent orders after the fifth order).

Returns Policy

Our 7- Working Days returns guarantee (Our Returns Policy Complies with Distance Selling Regulations 2000)

Before returning your garment back to us please print off our Returns Form - we will not deal with any requests unless this form is correctly filled out. Please find the Returns Form.PDF download link below.

Our 7- Working Days returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days of the date you received the item, clothing must have labels attached and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 working days unless they are faulty.

Include a note with the return, requesting the style and size you need

We will ring you for any applicable postage costs before sending the replacement
